The Company has said that the 24/6 Processing Plant will still achieve the same production levels .
The plan is to process 72,000 tonnes of rock each year .
The average gold grade is 13.4g/t
The average silver grade is 55.3g/t
So we should produce 31,022 ounces of Gold and 128,025 ounces of Silver for a Gold eq of 33,000 ounces
I expect production costs to be less than £ 300 per ounce
So at todays price of £ 865 - £ 300 costs the Cononish Mine will produce £ 18,645,000 per year
I have not allowed for royalties or for processing efficiency but have also not added in the 10% premium for Scottish Gold or any income from the 40% share Scotgold will have from Marketco who will be marketing the Scottish Gold
With 1,045,392,472 shares in issue that would be 1.8p per share per year just from Cononish
