If you are like me (a long term holder of PVD) you will be used to these (dramatic) falls and rises in price. Its interesting to see the panic set in when it starts to drop and has anything changed to cause the movement, no! In fact today most oilers appear to be rising albeit not massively. Seems to be holding around 43.5 to 44. For me a good opportunity to top up if it goes lower. It hard to look at RED but the pattern of rise and fall will continue IMHO!
