Well HH, having $1M cash and $1M creditors or no creditors and no cash you are exactly the same aren't you

The positive is everyone accepted or paid 1c, it now is debt free and looks like someone from a corporate perspective is cleaning things up before introducing the asset

You don't want to drop your asset into something where creditors can muscle you around, so that is now alleviated

The fact creditors dumped and took haircuts is in our favor, as I much prefer them receiving stock at a premium than cash
