You are correct AJLD, but in my experience management will consult with, and be interested in the views of, a substantial shareholder like Farjoy, particularly when Tim holds a blocking stake.
Jordy is right: we are building a formidable team for a junior company. Again, from experience, not all the best talent resides in the biggest companies. They just get paid more! GR's resume would stack up very well against anyone's. He appears to be a high quality acquisition at the optimum time.
I don't know about you guys, but I am almost shaking with anticipation for the next few months. I'm hoping - expecting? - the SP to make a new high on the 2C announcement and while I will be sorely tempted to take some profit, I seriously doubt it will be worth the risk of missing out on 'the big one'.
