Some may wrongly argue that the loan terms have changed and the BV bank HAS to outsource $28 million of the $58 million. If this was true then a unique Price Sensitive announcement from AVB would have been mandatory.
This critical unique announcement didn't happen. So one can assume that the original agreed loan terms still remain unchanged and in place.
IMO, the ball is firmly in AVB's court.
