Jonno was either lying or being disingenuous. If this wasn't done after the election, it has NOTHING to do with labor's promise to remove 50 crossings. If it was being presented as an example of what can be done by the Napthine gov, it is not a lot of extra typing to say that that is what you are doing. There would be no confusion, but lies and half truths are labor's stock in trade.
