Mike, you always put your head on the chopping block. I see a lot of sense in what you say.

    BHP.
I bought into BHP at $29.4 having sold some TCL at $8.4. Both too early. My reasoning was as follows.
I am in a SMSF. BHP yields over 5% FF. BHP has more FF dollars on their BS than any other ASX company. More than TCL which is a yield play.It is likely that BHP will keep their progressive div policy. I live on yield and if it is FF, I like it better. What happens to BHP's SP in the short term does not worry me. Then there is India which is forecast to grow like China, and they have a younger pop.

    POO.
POO will tend down for about 6 weeks. That is the time it will take for inventories to peak. And then up to about $65-70.
I have good holdings in WPL, ORG and STO (only recently bought at $13.)
    Divs should be ok.
