Yet, overnight, 5 Scuds were fired into northern Kuwait, and just a few minutes ago, the warnings sirens were again sounding off in Kuwait City, and there were suggestions of 2 impacts (one into the sea, and one into the city, which itself is ~90 miles from the border).
If confirmed, then the Iraqi regime would have fired at least 2 missiles at a range > than the previously sanctioned 150km range.
