Kids....luv to be facing you in a battlefied tactics

    Just a few things.

Chemical and bio weapons are not only dangerous in their own right but are a debilitating force as a risk.

Today - so far - there have been NINE warnings in the battle areas where there are massed trooops.

Nine times they have been forced to don their protective gear and stand in bunkers shoulder to shoulder for up to an hour at a time.

Eventually this will start to affect the troops.

Secondly - if it gets that far - this war wil be in Baghdad.

Before then the forces from the south will have to cross the rivers and in so doing will cause the columns to slow and at times be stationary.

That will be a very high risk time and it may be then that they start to use the weapons.

Most probably the weapons wont be delivered as in the Kurd case because that was aerial. Now, they have no such capacity. It'll be via surface-to-surface missles or artillery. These will be positioned inside Iraq with limited range and efficiency given they are air-dispersed.

In other words - they need to be within striking distance. This probably has not happened yet.

Seems to me for a country that's been bullsh!tting about the weapons - the troops are all geared for it. The sirens and detection equipment is all there and extraordinary measure seem to be in place to cope with any such attack.

If there were no wmd - why have all that???
