    So, our legal team were in SI for Friday and Saturday, now they have returned home in time for Australia Day!

    I wonder what sort of court hearing would be that short?
    Appeal date perhaps?
    Perhaps fighting smm to stop delaying tactics. An early Feb date would be nice!

    Fuzz, I don't have axiom on speed dial, but I do know someone on our legal team. But I would never ask them for details, nor would they giv any.
    Give us a hint Fuzz! Am I close?
