200Million$ loss from the brisbane storms doesn"t bode well for the bottom line,with more severe weather events as a likely occurrence this summer.you only buy into insurance companies,after real bad seasons.
get them at a discount sp to cover the risky nature of the business,and voila-you then have a reasonable investment.
reinsurance cover does not save them either.that only comes into effect if armageddon eventuates.
