1. The individual was not a US citizen at the time of the torture.

2. If the individual was not a US citizen at the time it could not have been the US doing the torture.

3. The US court found one of the individuals guilty of torture so how is that condoing it?

You are an idiot.

And so is the INS. It is a joke and always has been. After all they let in the S11 perps.
