Agreed it is a target - but SI will go some way to achieving as SI much higher cost of production. If you note though they are having progress generating cost reductions as they stated reducing their cash costs from previous $74 per tonne to $70.2 per tonne was result of cost reductions / efficiencies generated and they have targeted - and targeting further $25m of cost reductions this next quarter.
In fairness they may have in past years talked about it but showed in last quarter they are actually delivering these cost reductions. Need to outline how much of cost reduction from $70.2 to $57 target will be generated by SI shutdown alone (and removing higher mix of higher marginal cost production).
