Congratulations Management.... Once again you have hit the ball out of the park for another home run. The bases were loaded and then CRACK.... under promise / over deliver.... Apparently you CAN attract financing without your mining licence... Apparently you can fast track to production if you have the largest high grade, high purity graphite and vanadium deposit in the world and look like being one of the lowest cost producers determined to service growing and new industry demands....apparently with a driven and professional management team you can achieve these things and I believe that the disparity between SYR and TON will close significantly over the coming weeks/months as IMO off- takes are likely to be announced and the JORC resource again upgraded, I believe this rerate is well overdue and until TON is half the price of it's neighbour I'll not see fair value.
