It was explained to me that $400-500k of those admin were related to funding the target company - how exactly and in what fashion I don't know, but I tend to believe it was primarily cash outflow
For me there is plenty unanswered too, but at a cap of $2M, with potentially the asset secured, I'm hoping for much higher prices in the S/T
