1. We act for Finzsoft Solutions Limited (Company).  The Company has today
received a Takeover Notice pursuant to Rule 41 of the Takeovers Code from
Silverlake HGH Limited (Offeror).
2. We enclose a copy of the Offeror's Takeover Notice in accordance with Rule
42(1)(b) of the Takeovers Code.
