Interesting timing, just before the quarterly is due, very coincidental don't you think. Good news articles are normally the indicator that someone wants you to buy. IMO the quarterly is going to be better than expected by the market and this has been released now to lay a foundation for the start of the distribution phase by the accumulators. Guess we will know one way or the other later in the week.
