"We are disappointed that storage tank builder Saunders International Limited (SND) has provided weak first half net profit guidance to the market today. This net profit guidance indicates that first half profitability is likely to be below that achieved one year ago, and that the company is experiencing delays in receiving the award of new contracts. As a result the company’s outlook is also facing some risks. As a result, we believe that SND is unlikely to meet the requisite EPS growth requirements for the company to remain a Star Growth Stock. Thus we cease coverage of SND."
