Don't they have $18m cash on the balance sheet. At $0.35 you get a market cap of $27m. So ex-cash you would be paying around 2x assuming earnings of $4.5m.
It's a difficult one - recurring revenues are a positive, but its a cyclical industry and oil prices are not helping. Not that diversified across clients either. A few too many unknowns
