The warranty from both is pretty good.
But it should be cos both are basically crap.
If the rental is long term, like more than 5 years, then better to buy something real, second hand, and install yourself or get decent chippy to do the hard yakka.
a well designed, hard wearing kitchen will get you 10-30 bucks more per week, will make the joint easier to rent, and will generally make you life as a landlord much less stressful.
Get you calculator out and do the sums. do it right and you'll have far less grief in the longer term.

Thanks for the info. I would look to put in a secondhand one - but it can be hard to get one to fit the area you want and quite frankly what I have seen on offer lately they have not exactly been cheap either.
