Only cashflow positive because of asset sales (again). Also, 25-50% of the cash is restricted cash.
But if they keep producing cash at this rate, they will have enough cash to fund the Escarpment capex in about 50 years.
BTW - the admin costs are almost 30% of the market cap!!
