If torque goes bust, who gets the assets?
Creditors first then shareholders, isn't that usually how it goes?
Who's the largest creditor...
What ever happened to those core samples, the ones to be assayed after the IPO for torque went through... were they ever assayed or just another phantom carrot to keep the donations flowing?
