From what you just said I am assuming that Ryan or Steve gave August as the worst case scenario and not someone at the meeting.

IMO the 279 points of appeal, if all questions of Law, would not take long to rule on. That is, Judge Brown was either right or wrong under the law on those points. If the 279 points are a mix of questions of Law and questions of Fact then (as I believe they will be) then that will take longer but IMO 3 months is way too long.

gee fuzz I have to agree......I stand by what I said on the 24th October 2014.....it would be finished in 8 months that means april ......latest may.......no one want this to take any longer then need be.
and my I believe AVQ would have a right to appeal if for some ridicules reason they lost...
