Not a good analogy, the evidence points to a particle that gives matter/energy its mass. It was a matter of finding that particle when the tools became available.
Now Creationists may claim that the existence of the Universe itself is evidence that there must be a creator of the universe, but that is not necessarily implied by the fact of existence of the universe alone, which may have always existed in some form, or be a part of a multiverse, or something completely unknown.
The situation is, we don't know. To form a conviction that is must have been created is not warranted, nor is there anything specific that points to special creation.
