Why don't shareholders get prorata options at 13c also for dealing with incompetent management when it comes to providing updates

I find it quaint that BR flood the market with stock, there is no news given for months with any real update despite weekly requests from shareholders and when the stock is at all time lows they issue Platinum 25M options at a 100% premium as though it is an achievment ?

It looks like a mates rates deal to lower their average and set this up for a T/O

Funnily enough it was happily trading at 14c until the buying and news just suddenly stopped, followed by a very suspicious dump of 3M into 13-12c

Luckily Platinums average even with these converted is still around 15-16c
