I don't know how any of this relates to what I said.

Do you just believe whatever you read or whatever someone tells you? Or do you look for evidence that supports the claims that are being made.

That the universe exists is simply evidence that a universe does indeed exist (unless you happen to be a solipsist)
The existence of the universe says nothing about how it formed, whether it has always existed, or is a part of a greater system. We don't know.

The error that creationists make is to assume that something as complex as the universe must necessarily be created, but by proposing the need for a creator because the universe is complex is introducing an even more complex solution to the problem. The creator of the universe must be greater than the creation, the maker being more complex than the creation.

So, given the necessary complex nature of the creator, the creator, by the same rules, must require a creator, and that creator another creator...and then you have creators 'all the way down'

But the creationist is a clever lad, he says, no, no , no...god is eternal and doesn't need a creator.

Changing the rules from: the universe, being so complex, must have been created, but god, being even more complex, does not. The rules are changed in order to suit the assumptions of the believer.

It's a logical fallacy called ''begging the question.''
