It iwll reach US$100 a barrell in the not too distant future with Nigeria (Afetr Obasanjos' disasterous visit to Bush yesterday), Venezuela, Iran, Algeria, Russia (as revenge for the Societie Generale led disasterous attempt to bankrupt Yukos at the behest of Abrahamovitch,a thieving low life), now Saudi Arabia and even Mexico are all ganging up to ensure they geta bigger share of the downstream value adding, apart from exercising their political and economic clout.
Nigeria is set to reduce its output as is venezuela. Oil will breach the US$100 a barrell barrier and inflation will soar. The US interest rate climb has not even begun. I forecast a 2.5% rise in a six to 8 month range.
