Actually I don't think it does.
The SP is a reflection of the current sentiment of a significant minority of the shareholders, during the period before the quarterly came out.
It could be argued the since the quarterly was released the SP has increased, when the majority of HC poster sentiment in the last few days, was predicting the SP to be much lower.
