A take over offer is one step above bankruptcy.
Share holders never win on a penny dreadful take over.
Take over people only offer the least they possibly can.
They don't gave a RATS ARSE for share holders.
It's all about ME ME ME.
With OUR glorious leaders recommending an acceptance on the first
offer is bloody criminal.
