    Very balanced MJP, nice

    I think management have to secure finance and forestry this quarter or take hefty pay cuts. You cannot justify their salaries vs market cap, so either do what you are paid for and have the company represent such a market cap, or be paid like a director of a small to mid cap as they've been acting like they are
