1. Did you vote against giving the current management team their share options?
Would not have made a difference
2. Why hasn't the CEO been removed if he was so bad?
Small listed companies KNOW that us small shareholders do not collectively enforce our will, the system is set up to look fair but small cap shareholder behavior is predictable and not a risk to their strategy or hidden agendas
3. Why did shareholders vote overwhelmingly in November to give the Board a dollop of options?

While I'm certainly not wailing and gnashing my teeth over it, I'm also disappointed and sneeze in BLR mgt's general direction. I'm merely pointing out how the cards are/could be stacked against small cap mom & dad shareholders and that the problem is with the system which no one can or is willing to do anything about, ergo the 1%
