Sector and Nicky. No offence but that Southbank complex is exactly what I stay away from.
BBQ facilities, deckings and all communal stuff with expensive foyers are not great. I might be wrong here but I stick to boutique less than 15 apartments with no communal areas.
By the way, I bought in St Lucia recently Nicky, which is why I will probably buy Albion and not Taringa for diversification.
