re: buyers black and has salty mate of mine was telling me about this company. Apparently, the option conversion (4.5 mill) and subsequent sale of stock the other day was the reason for the selling. The good news is that the only parties the now own options are their mezzanine financiers and the directors themselves, none of whom can or want to convert....all up from here as the accumulators continue to buy.
