I think CN has given enough hints whilst trying hard in the wording not to be seen to be breaking the "tight hole pact" re the fact that these wells are commercial and it's a matter of where best to drill the appraisal wells.
Even just the mere fact they are "planning for the location" of the wells should tell you that the "C"
is imminent! They would not take the decision to plan for appraisals lightly.
GR is there IMHO to structure any financial deals, including any TO, rather than technical. UBS selling is still a mystery though; could be that's the reason he decided to leave.
IMHO, "C" is imminent, we are only waiting for the official version.
And on TO, FAR would have very little control over wether it can be a go or no go. The share holders will decide. Even FARJOY might relent at a quick sale price.
