Clearly management had to explain to the top two shareholders why this deal made sense. Just these top 2 shareholders plus STB and management are close to 50% of all shares. There will be a few trying to swim upstream like a salmon, but like a salmon, they too will see their opposition die off once they realise WUC is actually overpaying for BLR and WUC assets are of higher quality than 24,5% of Hanson Taylor.

Cait, I have two questions and would like fellow Hotcopper BLR holders to assist in answering:

1. Do we just sit tight and hold and hope WUC doesn't dilute their shares to raise even more capital causing the share price to plummet.

2. How are we shareholders able to access and trade (if chosen to) WUC shares on the CSE?
