    Thanks for this, but I am curious... what is the date of this press release ?
    It makes reference to holding the ceremony in February 2015, which seems too quick to be a very recent press release.
    Is it dated soon after 3rd November when the MOU was signed?
    Has the committee had a meeting recently?
    Has a date been decided?
    Is the Bougainville Executive Council about to issue the invitations?
