$1m + Capital raising at US 3c????... which is a little less that the NASDAQ listing price of US $15 and last sale price of US$0.90.

Maybe that's all it's worth without the Westinghouse agreement... no mention anywhere that it has been renewed.

Currently, the Company and Westinghouse Electric Co
rporation are negotiating the terms of a revised li
cense agreement. If the parties do not
reach an agreement by January 30, 2015, the license
agreement will expire and the Company will not be
able to operate the Westinghouse Solar
brand.
