Glad someone else noticed
We again have the manipulator back helping to price it down. You'll notice they fill in the spread also, so they'll offer 1-2,000 shares a pip above the bid to drop price regardless of how massive the spread is
RTG should be flying to $1+, instead it is back to this old manipulation again
