    It requires NVN sholders approval but what about FDC? I will say NO...
    NVN share jump 8% (20cents) whereas FDC zilch (0%) why? With the news that RBA has lowered interest rate, even without this deal, FDC share price should have jumped.
    FDC has famous brand inherited from Centro.
