Yes the same Chairman who in an an announcement on the 15 September 2014 stated on page 16 under Chairman's Comments.

"The expected commissioning date of the plant, late 2014"

This statement was made in a public announcement to the market, even though they had not let the contract for the electrical s at that point in time and knowing that the electrical s would take 6 months.

And some posters wonder why I can not except the Chairman's statements as a fact.

Again the company or their advisers seem to think that the use of the word "expect" or "expected" as a get out of jail free legal escape. Same as the ore sorter expected to be commissioned in early December 14.
