re: kcn has gdr in its sights ! If an eventual takeover was KCN's original intention, why would they wait this long.
They did their due dilligence on GDR back when they took up the 20% stake in the coy at 13c share price.
It's more than tripled that now.
I find it hard to believe that GDR management would have allowed the original deal with KCN without some sort of non takeover assurance.
