actually Janti there are ways to go short this stock through CommSec DYOR though. I think miles in front may be understating the $$ made by those who realised there wasn't any other way but down for CDU. It was spelled out for goodness sake. Some people on here still act surprised!

Lastly, the day that I feel there is a REMOTE chance of this company paying a dividend to the the average holder then I'll look at buying back in. Until then, in my eyes, it's GROSSLY overpriced at $1.50!
