This reminds me of SOE before they wound up in 2011. It had a very similar mandate (microcap and unlisted).
SOE ticked along many years at a large discount to NTA. It got down to a 60% discount in February 2009 (thats 40% of market value of its assets).
This is a different set of managers of course. Perhaps a regular dividend that is possible under new rules may increase interest. There's also the first year discount that new LICs suffer from.
Still waiting patiently on this one.
