    The respective managements would surely be aware that if they seriously misprice either of the two companies in this fait a compli merger then they could well be facing a class action down the track from the aggrieved parties. The surge in NVN and the drop in FDC is suggesting that the merger is mis-priced, but no doubt we will see the detail argued in the offer documents
