    KBL & KDR are listed for a directions hearing in NSW Supreme Court tomorrow @ 9.30.

    Under the current circumstances, I would have expected the action to have been cancelled by mutual consent. Perhaps this is just to formalise the ceasing of hostilities, or is KBL going after costs etc?

    Would be great if somebody could attend.
