I obviously have a longer memory than you because I have seen it before over too many years than I care to remember, various schemes both private and government to get people who have no ability to save for a deposit or come up with sufficient money to pay the mortgage being pushed into buying only to lose it years later

The statement was on TV from the pollies that now the rate had gone down more people would be able to afford to buy so obviously they are talking of a minority group and I think that it is irresponsible for leaders to make such a comment

Investors are going to say beauty I can pay a little more of the mortgage or I can now buy two he was not talking about them
