Bingo! If our beloved company is so blasted underpriced as the CEO claims, then why dilute shareholders more than necessary, especially when the demand is there? Alan's play calling reminds me of a certain coach from this weekend! And, yes, I understand Alan owns a ton of shares. But a stupid move is stupid regardless who is injured. I'm sure the coach didn't intend to lose the freaking Super Bowl! lol
