Do you think "Roger" and fellow WPL "expert managerial PR staff" now realise the value of releasing accurate and market sensitive information to begin with? -- instead of trying to be cute and hide contract details using the excuse of a "confidential agreement"? Did they actually believe a gov't can or will keep quiet on a story with high political impact?
But, it is GREAT news .. albeit patheticly wrenched out from WPL because of gloating and misquoting from the mauratania gov't ...
