I averaged down a bit. I don't want to try and say when the tide will turn. All i know is that redflex has been winning a boat load of new contracts recently. Hopefully this will continue. Once they are installed and start contributing to the bottom line the street will take notice. In the not too distant future a dividend is coming. I strongly believe that if you've held on this long on this roller coaster and you continue to hold on you will be rewarded. I have no way of knowing what will happen in the next few months or even year, but redflex really is doing well in winning profitable contracts. I think that is what is important. I think the sp will follow.
