and from the quarterly report below - (important the disclaimer) - As far as I am aware EHM Toll process ore from other Juniors in the region , no 2 truck loads of dirt are the same , variations of contained saleable product vary greatly through the ore body and not just copper - our geologist daughter works  for BHP who was working  in coal in the bowen basin and now in W.A working in nickle tells me disputes between buyer and seller are a relatively common issue - obviously the aim is to put the least amount of dirt as possible through the concentrator and maximize the $$ hence CDU adding an ore sorter and now a blast furnace.

The link I posted before looks like its the US parent of the company CDU used  for their assay ? I wonder if they asked them to  do a full umpire test on it ? or is this part of future negotiations for further shipments to EHM ? given a huge variation from 29% to 37% that is indeed a lot of $$$ - I would expect  this issue does arise with EHM toll processing for other juniors so i would imagine they would be used to utlising ( or being required ) to use the services of an independent third party from time to time.

"During the trial the Company was provided with samples of final copper concentrate by EHM, for the purposes of testing by potential smelter customers. These samples were taken from the concentrate storage stockpile containing concentrate produced from the trial processing of Rocklands primary ore. Although not necessarily representative of the average concentrate over the full trial period, it is pleasing to note that the copper grade result from SGS laboratories of 37.6%"
